No long queue when I went there an hour before it closed. The palace is amazing and I enjoy every antechamber.
We paid for tours with audioguides in French SURPRISE THERE WERE NO AUDIOGUIDES even though they were paid for!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

The palace is incredible, and it was well worth visiting. There was no line to jump in March... The audio guide was beneficial as well.
The palace did not disappoint. All areas were amazing. Would have liked to have seen the apartment. Still worth seeing.

Our Guide, Gennaro, was perfect! He has a wide knowloadge about history and Napoli and knows how to present it in a very accessible way tonhis listeners. His English is great and he shared many napoletarian stories with us. The tour lasted around 4h and we could have listened more and more to him. I would book his tour again and can only recommend others to do the same.
Eduardo, our guide, magnificent. Competent and capable. Beautiful tour. Thank you

easy access to transport and museums. but I'd like to take issue with 2 things: the poor explanations on how to activate the card and the need to reactivate it each time it's used.

The entrances were easy. As for public transport, we opted only for the metro, but the clerk always had to let us in. But I highly recommend it

The experience with Napoli artecard is very good and I fully recommend it. Good communication with the managers of the company and good functioning of the app, always with mobile data of course.

The convenience of having the dematerialized card on your phone is great, but it doesn't work when there's no Internet connection. Which is the case in metro corridors, and it's impossible to take a screenshot. But very interesting for visiting the main museums and getting around without worrying about tickets once you've found the right organization. I recommend

We only used it for the museums and it was perfect. I had a problem activating it but they solved it right away.

Once the purchase is made, the Card is complicated to unlock. The app is not very intuitive for registration. Despite everything, the people at the tourist office are reactive in the event of a problem. The card works well in museums, but the code is not read by the machines in public transport. As a result, you always have to ask the local ticket inspector to let you through, which he always does willingly. Useful if you're sure you want to visit a few museums.

Savings, good service even when the bar code didn't read well on the various machines Only downside: constantly having to reconnect

the exhibitions and sights were marvellous beautifully displayed and of the highest quality. it was difficut to find out which sites were able to be accessed for free once we got our artecard. i woud suggest the artecard logo is displayed more prominantly on the sites
FLEXIBILITY AND EASY ACCESS. WE VISITED THE MUSEUMS WE WANTED QUICKLY

Beautiful tour of Naples. Blue line panoramic over the spectacular Bay of Naples. Red line strategic to reach points of interest in the city center.

The "blue" bus route was not running due to a road closure. I expected to be refunded 50% of the purchase price.

Naples traffic is horrific! So glad we could get to see Naples without negotiating traffic. However, found the music in between too loud, but the commentary was quiet.
The ride was good, but the hop off was not obvious- there was no signal button and when we started to prepare for hop off, the officer said to remain in our seat - we worried about missing the stop.
Online ticketing was easy but I had trouble finding the number 7 bus stop. It was a Sunday so the kiosk on the piazza was closed. I enjoyed the coastal views from line b
Easy to find meeting point for bus and good value for both red and blue lines. Seamless ticket process at bus with our online booking. We rode straight to the museum and were rewarded with a quiet experience for the first hour or so. Very large collection of artifacts, well-displayed! Rode the remainder of the red line, had lunch, then hopped on the blue line for a beautiful coastal tour. Great value for all!
In a short time we walked a large part of the city, many beautiful views, it's a pity that the promenade is under renovation because it is one of the major attractions of Napoli

Experience that makes you rest and at the same time you can better realize the things to see in the city. I did it with the girls who had a great time. I preferred the blue line.

Get off wherever you want. Comments during the trip. The application that lets you see where the buses are.

Apart from the fact that the stops are very badly signposted and the time slots are too short, the bus does the job. It's always a good option for discovering a city's main monuments.

We took both routes offered by the service in Naples. Satisfied, very convenient hop-on hop-off service, as always and anywhere in the world, brilliant to get a quick view of the city and surroundings (for Naples 45 min to historic center and 70 min to Posillipo). Could not download e-ticket from app, used reservation code to print ticket at checkout. Happy, thanks.

the closing of the circuit at 5 p.m. was a little too early, and we found ourselves halfway through circuit 1 without a bus to continue the tour.

We liked the concept. Hop on/off whenever and wherever you want, with a guided tour using French headphones. Just great! Highly recommended.

I found the Rude A a bit short and a bit bad insight, but I found the Lienie B very nice and also good from the time and the view over the city is really wonderful.

The stops are not clearly indicated and we waste our time trying to find them. The local support was not helpful.

The marble double-staircase was first designed by Francesco Antonio Picchiatti in 1651 and later modified for Gaetano Genovese. The lower section of the staircase features multiple military trophies, while the marble balustrade supports a pair of 19th-century iron lights from Royal Officine di Pietrarsa. The use of colored marble for the staircase is a contrast to the austere style of the rest of the palace.
The Court Theatre or Teatrino di Corte served as the private theater for the royal family and was lavishly decorated. The theater was built in 1768 by Ferdinando Fuga since the royal family and viceroys could not go to the theater for reasons of decorum.
Also called the Hall of Hercules, the ballroom is decorated with some stunning Sevres vases and Neapolitan tapestries. The room also features portraits of numerous viceroys and tapestries from the Royal Factory of Naples.
